Terms and conditions

Working draft, to be approved by management and legal counsel before registration opens. The French version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the online booking and payment of ÖSD German exams organised by KTC-Center. The conduct of the exams, marking and issuing of certificates are governed by ÖSD regulations.

2. Registration

Candidates enter their details exactly as they appear on the identity document they will present on exam day. This information is printed on the certificate.

A candidate may only have one active booking at a time for the same exam.

For a candidate under 18, registration is made with the email address of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Booking and payment

The chosen seat is held for 15 minutes while details are entered. It is only allocated once our payment partner has confirmed the payment; if payment fails or the time limit passes, the seat is released.

Prices are shown in the currency of the session's country (XOF in Côte d'Ivoire, XAF in Cameroon) or in euros for candidates abroad. A numbered receipt is issued for every payment.

4. Cancellation and refund

Candidates can cancel their booking from the candidate area until the session's registration deadline; the amount paid is then refunded to the payment method used.

After the deadline, cancellations are not refunded, unless the centre decides otherwise on presentation of supporting evidence (medical reasons, force majeure).

If the centre cancels a session, candidates are refunded in full or can be moved to another session.

5. Exam day

The original of the identity document declared at registration is mandatory. Without it, the candidate will not be admitted and the registration will not be refunded.

6. Personal data

The data collected is used to organise the exam, send candidate lists to ÖSD and issue certificates. It is not shared with third parties for any other purpose.
