ÖSD (Österreichisches Sprachdiplom Deutsch) issues German language certificates recognised in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, from level A1 to C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference.

ÖSD Kompetenz in Deutsch A1
Ages 10 to 15, from 55,000 FCFA
For children and teenagers aged 10 to 15 taking their first steps in German.

ÖSD Kompetenz in Deutsch A2
Ages 10 to 15, from 65,000 FCFA
For 10–15 year olds who can cope in everyday situations.

ÖSD Zertifikat A1
Full exam, from 60,000 FCFA
Understand and use familiar expressions. Often required for family reunification.

Full exam, from 70,000 FCFA
Communicate in simple, routine tasks.

Full exam or per module, from 130,000 FCFA
Get by at work and in training. Required for many visas.

Argue your point with ease. Required in particular for recognition of healthcare professionals.

Prerequisite: Attach your C1 certificate (ÖSD, Goethe, telc or TestDaF equivalent).
The four modules
From B1 upwards, each module is marked separately. If you fail part of the exam, you only retake the modules you missed.
- Reading
- Understand written texts: adverts, articles, letters.
- Listening
- Understand recordings: messages, conversations, interviews.
- Writing
- Write a message, an email or an argumentative text depending on the level.
- Speaking
- Talk with an examiner, alone or in pairs depending on the level.
