Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel or move my booking?

Yes, from your candidate area, until the session's registration deadline. The refund goes to the payment method you used. After that date, contact the centre to move to another session.

Can I retake just one module?

For levels B1 to C2, yes: choose a “per module” session and tick only the modules you need to retake. Each module has its own fee.

I took a course at the centre. Do I get a reduced fee?

Yes, if your course ended recently. The reduced fee is applied automatically when you use the email or phone number you gave during the course.

My child is under 18. How do I register them?

Register them in their own name and give a parent's email: the parent receives all confirmations and can follow the booking from the candidate area.

What should I bring on exam day?

The original of the identity document you registered with, and your exam invitation. Without your original ID, you will not be admitted.
